Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Credit Card Program Administrator to provide essential operational support for the corporate credit card program. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Administer issuance, renewal, cancellation and maintenance of corporate credit cards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for cardholders; assist with onboarding and policy guidance.
• Identify root causes of card issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of cardholder accounts and required documentation.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
