Job Summary

Are you eager to leverage your analytical skills to drive business success? As a Corporate Business Analyst, you will enhance Alfa's strategic planning and operational efficiency by analyzing processes, identifying improvements, and providing insights. You will collaborate across departments to gather data, analyze it, and present findings to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of strategic technology initiatives.
• Engage with IT, business owners, developers, and QA staff as a liaison between stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements, create workflow diagrams, understand system capabilities, and write specifications within the SDLC.
• Bridge business processes with existing or new software applications through analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Certifications: ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP preferred.
• Understanding of project delivery and acceptance in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).

This position allows remote work in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Travel to Montgomery headquarters may be required for meetings or training.
