Job summary

Pritchard Industries is hiring a Building Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems across commercial properties. The role demands strong technical skills, diligence, and the ability to diagnose issues to keep facilities safe and efficient.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years operating commercial buildings, knowledge of safety regulations, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work with potential for extended shifts during priority events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 7+ years in operating commercial buildings.
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Life Safety Systems.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related building systems.
• Maintain logs for service, repair, operation and complaints.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and energy efficiency measures.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports to management and audits of engineering operation.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and MSDS requirements.
