Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis of clients' financial situations, industry and market data.
• Valuations of private and public companies.
• Perform basic to intermediate financial modeling in Excel.
• Prepare client proposals and internal underwriting memos.
• Support the deal team throughout the transaction process.
