Qualifications

• Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, capital markets, corporate banking, sales & trading, consulting, or FP&A is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and transaction models including 3-statement, valuation, and capital structure analyses.
• Support investment banking and capital markets transactions including M&A, equity, and debt offerings.
• Analyze market conditions, trading comparables, and capital market activity.
• Conduct company, industry, and macroeconomic research.
• Prepare pitch books, client presentations, market updates, and investment materials.
• Assist with due diligence, transaction execution, and coordination with internal teams.

Skills
