Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with industrial automation systems and process controls

• Understanding of Industry 4.0, IIoT and cybersecurity best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and process control projects from design through commissioning.
• Develop and optimize control strategies to improve performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot automation issues with root-cause analysis on PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Champion Industry 4.0 initiatives including IIoT data collection and digital manufacturing.
• Build data-driven manufacturing insights via automation data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, IT, and vendor teams for OT/IT integration.
