ARi is seeking a visionary Senior Manufacturing Automation Engineer to lead the transformation of our production facility in Alpharetta, Georgia. You will design, program, and implement next-generation automated assembly lines using cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant engineering field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing automation. The role focuses on robotic programming, system integration, and AI applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing automation, with experience in robotic welding.
• Advanced programming proficiency with FANUC or KUKA robotic systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI vision systems or smart factory IoT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy fully automated assembly lines from concept to final commissioning.
• Develop, simulate, and debug advanced motion paths for industrial robots.
• Program and integrate Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMI/SCADA systems.
