Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Assist with corporate document matters: diligence, structuring, negotiations, and execution.
• Advise clients on compliance with Federal and New York corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
