Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of corporate law experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm.

• Demonstrated ability to manage significant portions of complex transactions independently.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written work product.

Compensation and Benefits:
