Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Maryland is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join a respected mid-size firm expanding its corporate practice.

The role focuses on M&A, joint ventures, governance and a wide range of commercial agreements. You will draft, review and negotiate documents, conduct due diligence, and advise clients on compliance with federal and state corporate laws. Competitive base salary up to $200K with potential six-figure bonuses.

Qualifications

• Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions including M&A, joint ventures and governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts).
• Conduct due diligence and assist with corporate document matters.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal and state corporate laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters.
