Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, providing general legal guidance, assisting with policies, compliance, and documentation, and researching legal questions as needed. This role involves collaboration with management and other departments to maintain organized records.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
• Ability to review and draft contracts and business documents.
• Comfortable with policy development and compliance tasks.
