Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with contracts, compliance, and broader business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer lawyers looking to build corporate experience.
The role involves reviewing documents, providing general legal guidance, helping with policies and legal documentation, and collaborating with management across departments. A law degree and license are required; corporate experience is helpful but not required.
Qualifications
- Law degree and appropriate license to practice law.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with documents and using a computer.
- Attorneys from different areas of law welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
- Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
- Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
- Research legal questions when needed.
- Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
- Maintain organized legal records and documents.
- Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
