Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build corporate experience.

You will review contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, research questions, and collaborate with management. Salary range is $105,000 - $195,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice.
• Strong communication and organization.
• Comfortable with documents and computers.
• Corporate law experience helpful but not required.
• Open to attorneys from other practice areas.
• Willingness to learn across business law areas.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts and agreements.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Assist with policies, compliance, and documentation.
