Job summary

Capstone Search Group represents a large insurance organization seeking a Corporate Attorney to join its in-house legal team.

You will work on a broad range of corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, contract review and negotiations, and compliance.

Qualified candidates will have at least five years of legal experience, be admitted to a state bar in good standing, and preferably in-house experience.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law and bar admission in good standing required
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions is required

A large insurance organization seeks an addition to its in-house legal team. As Corporate Attorney, you will be involved in a variety of corporate legal matters with a particular emphasis on issues involved with the company's Mergers and Acquisitions activity and due diligence to include contract review and negotiations as well as compliance, licensure, regulatory inquiries, document preparation, and dispute resolution.

Experience

• Minimum five (5) years of legal experience. Both in-house corporate and law firm experience will be considered. Prior insurance industry experience is highly desired but not required.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions is required.
• Active license to practice law and admission to at least one state bar maintained in good standing is required.
