Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.

As part of the legal team, you will review contracts, provide guidance on company policies, ensure compliance, and collaborate with management and other departments on legal issues. A law degree and license to practice are required, with broad opportunities for growth.

• Law degree and bar license to practice in relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn across business law areas.
• Experience in corporate law is helpful but not required.
