Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build corporate experience. Attorneys from different practice areas are encouraged to apply.

The role involves reviewing contracts, providing general legal guidance, and helping with policies, compliance, and documentation. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $195,000 per year, depending on experience.
