from an accredited law school, and an active North Carolina license. Strong skills in drafting, negotiating sophisticated agreements, due diligence, and advising clients on business risks are required.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of continuous corporate and transactional experience.
• A J.D. from an accredited law school.
• An active North Carolina law license.
• Strong experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and related due diligence.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage a busy client workload and multiple matters simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sound commercial judgment and the ability to identify and manage legal risk.
• The confidence to work directly with clients and provide practical, business-focused advice.
• A high degree of initiative, discretion, and professionalism.

I'm currently looking to speak with Corporate Associate Attorneys interested in joining a well-established law firm with a sophisticated and growing corporate and transactional practice in Charlotte.

I'm particularly interested in attorneys with experience across areas including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Corporate Transactions
• Commercial Contracts
• Equity and Asset Purchase Agreements
• Shareholder, Partnership, and Operating Agreements
• Loan and Financing Agreements
• Licensing Agreements
• Service Agreements
• Non-Disclosure Agreements

• General Business Advisory
