A well-established and growing North Carolina law firm that is seeking a Corporate Transactional M&A Attorney with 4-9 years of experience. This hybrid role offers hands‑on deal experience, strong mentorship, and exposure to sophisticated middle‑market transactions.

Position Overview

The Corporate M&A Attorney will advise business clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, leading transactions from inception through closing. The role requires strong transactional experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Lead transactions from initial negotiations through closing
• Conduct and oversee legal due diligence
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents, including asset and stock purchase agreements
• Coordinate with tax, finance, and executive teams to ensure strategic and regulatory compliance
