Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission or eligibility for admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least four years of relevant corporate transactional experience.
• Experience representing venture-backed companies or investors in private-company transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with capitalization structures and financial models.

Salary: $265,000 - $365,000 per year

The practice has significant experience representing growth companies and investors in financing, governance, and other strategic matters.
