We are seeking an associate to join our corporate practice, working on a broad range of complex transactional matters. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and general corporate advisory work. You will play an active role in deal execution, from early-stage structuring and diligence through negotiation and closing. The position provides hands‑on experience, direct client interaction, and exposure to sophisticated transactions across a variety of industries, while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.
