About the Opportunity

About the Position

Reporting within the firm’s Corporate practice and supporting its Venture Capital & Emerging Companies team, the Corporate Associate will advise emerging companies and investors on venture capital transactions and ongoing corporate matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• 4 to 5 years of transactional experience focused on venture capital and emerging companies.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to theMassachusetts Bar.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and capitalization tables.
• Daily proficiency with legal AI tools and a technology‑forward approach to legal practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and balance multiple responsibilities.
• Professionalism and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range of $235,000 to $365,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Eligibility for performance‑based bonuses.
