A sophisticated, growth-oriented law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (3–6 years’ experience) to join its dynamic corporate practice across several key U.S. markets. You will play a meaningful role advising emerging companies, investors, and established businesses on complex corporate matters, with a particular focus on venture capital and M&A transactions. What You’ll Do

• Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents across M&A and venture capital deals
• Support and lead key aspects of transactions from structuring through closing
