The firm’s Private Equity and Venture Fund group helps clients structure successful strategies for mergers and acquisitions, raising capital through equity and debt financings, incentivizing executives, and starting and expanding operations.

• 2 to 4 years of corporate M&A and venture capital fund experience from a nationally recognized law firm
