NON-PUBLISHED – Our client, a Chicago-based full-service law firm, seeks a well-trained corporate associate with a strong securities background to join its Chambers & Partners ranked Corporate practice group.

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials.
• 2 to 4 years of corporate securities experience from a nationally recognized law firm, including exposure to the 33 and 34 Acts and Reg D and Rule 144A.
• IL Bar license or waiver eligibility.
