Greenberg Traurig’s Denver Health Care Practice is seeking an associate with 4–5 years of experience to work on sophisticated transactional matters for private equity and health care clients, structuring, negotiating, and executing complex deals with meaningful client contact.
The ideal candidate has experience with private equity funds, M&A transactions, governing documents, and coordinating due diligence, with strong drafting skills and a Colorado Bar admission.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters for private equity and other financial sponsor clients, alongside a collaborative, nationally recognized team. The Associate will play an active role in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex transactions and will have meaningful client contact. The position provides exposure to clients across a variety of industries, with a particular emphasis on health care and other heavily regulated industries.
Ideal candidates should have 4 – 5 years of experience working with private equity funds, independent sponsors, portfolio companies and founder owned businesses in connection with M&A transactions and day-to-day corporate matters. Candidates must be admitted to the Colorado Bar and should be willing to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development.

The expected pay range for this position is:$230,0000 - $250,000 per yearActual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
