The role requires bar admission in PA or DE and strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills; a supportive benefits package

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiating of complex corporate agreements.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Member of a U.S. Bar in good standing (PA or DE required).
