Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a general corporate practice with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. In addition, candidates should be team-oriented and possess strong academic credentials and excellent communication and drafting skills.

The expected pay range for this position is: $235,000-$390,000 annually
