Qualifications

• 3–5 years of transactional experience in corporate/banking or M&A.
• Strong drafting and negotiating experience with commercial agreements.
• Experience advising entrepreneurs, founders, and middle-market clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and commercial agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and due diligence materials.
