Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on a variety of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related corporate documents.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to manage complex transactions from inception to closing.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support corporate matters and client objectives.
• Maintain exceptional client service and contribute to the team’s strategic growth.

Qualifications:
