Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel-level attorney to join its Labor & Employment Department in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in labor relations, a strong grasp of the National Labor Relations Act, and excellent communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $275,000 – $385,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience representing management in labor relations and union matters.
• Deep knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
• Experience with collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges, and union organizing campaigns.
• Experience with high-stakes OSHA matters is a plus.
• Strong academic background and excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
