Hawthorne Lane is a boutique firm specializing in recruitment for Legal Secretary and Legal Executive Assistant roles in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We work with a select group of law firms and corporate legal departments that seek top quality legal support professionals. Hawthorne Lane welcomes legal support professionals with at least two years of prior legal administrative experience as well as advanced candidates seeking their next Managing Partner to support. Our clients offer hybrid, in-person, and remote work models, with roles ranging in responsibilities as well as positions that require travel and overtime or those that support more structured hours.
