We are seeking corporate attorneys across several core sub-disciplines, including:
Mergers & Acquisitions (Public & Private): Buy-side and sell-side transactions, cross-border deals, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations.
Private Equity / Growth Equity: Sponsor-backed buyouts, portfolio company management, bolt-on acquisitions, and equity financing.
Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (EC/VC): Startup counseling, seed to Series rounds, debt financings, and founder advisory.
Capital Markets & Securities: SEC filings, IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, and high-yield/debt securities.
General Corporate Governance & Commercial Contracts: Day-to-day corporate counseling, board advisory, and commercial deal-making.
Experience: 2 to 7+ years of dedicated corporate legal experience within an Am Law, mid-market, or reputable corporate boutique practice.
Education & Credentials: J.D. from an accredited US law school with strong academic credentials.
Bar Admission: Active member in good standing of at least one US state bar (e.g., NY, CA, TX, IL, MA, DE) or eligible for admission/waiver.
Skills: Excellent drafting, deal management, and client communication skills, with a track record of driving transaction workstreams.
Top-of-Market Compensation: Cravath/Milbank lockstep base salaries ($235,000 to $435,000+ depending on class year) plus year-end bonuses, or competitive performance-based compensation structures.
