Job summary

5 Legal, a leading U.S. law firm, seeks an associate to join its M&A and Private Equity Practice Group. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of M&A experience and a track record drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, and managing deal flow.

You will supervise junior associates, nurture client relationships, and handle day-to-day demands on a broad range of M&A matters. Large regional or national experience is preferred.
