Job summary

5 Legal, a world‑class law firm, is seeking an associate to join its M&A and Private Equity Practice Group in Stamford, CT.

Ideal candidates must have 6–8 years of M&A experience, with proven ability to lead drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, manage deal processes, and supervise junior associates while maintaining strong client relationships. Large regional, national or international firm experience is preferred.
