Job summary

5 Legal seeks an associate to join its M&A and Private Equity Practice Group in a leading law firm environment. The ideal candidate will bring 6–8 years of M&A experience and a proven ability to draft and negotiate definitive agreements, manage deal processes, and maintain client relationships.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and the ability to oversee junior associates while handling day-to-day M&A matters for large regional, national, or international clients.
