Job summary

5 Legal is seeking an associate to join its M&A and Private Equity Practice Group. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of M&A experience and a proven ability to draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents, supervise junior associates, and manage deal processes and client relationships.

Candidates with large regional, national or international law firm experience are preferred; strong interpersonal skills and maturity are essential to effectively manage internal and external client
