Job summary

5 Legal is seeking an associate to join its M&A and Private Equity Practice Group in Jacksonville. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of M&A experience and will lead the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, manage the deal process and client relationships, and supervise junior associates.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and business sense, with preference for candidates from large regional, national or international law firms.
