The leading AmLaw firm is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate with 3-7 years of law firm experience to join its corporate practice in Boston. You will draft and negotiate complex transaction documents, conduct due diligence, and coordinate timelines with clients and opposing counsel.

The role offers meaningful responsibility and exposure to sophisticated transactions. Candidates should have demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively, and mentor junior associates
