Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Assistant Controller to lead finance operations in California.

You will partner with leadership to implement technology solutions, streamline accounting processes, strengthen controls, and improve organizational reporting. Ideal candidates will have a CPA preferred, 10+ years of progressive accounting experience including financial reporting and month-end close, and 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and month-end close.
• 5+ years supervisory experience leading accounting teams.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementations, automation initiatives, and process improvement projects.
• Strong project management and change management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
