Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid to senior level transactional associate to join its Corporate and Securities Practice Group in Greenville, SC. The associate will work with a multi-office team representing public company clients across various industries, focusing on complex securities, corporate governance, capital markets, and regulatory matters.

Duties

Represent large Nasdaq and NYSE-listed public company clients. Handle complex securities and corporate governance matters. Engage in capital markets and regulatory matters. Collaborate with a dynamic, multi-office team.

Requirements

Minimum four years of corporate and securities experience at a large law firm. Experience with Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters. Prior SEC experience is a significant plus. Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical abilities. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible to become licensed.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
