Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Corporate and Securities Counsel to join its Charleston, SC team. The attorney will counsel Nasdaq/NYSE-listed clients on complex securities, governance, and regulatory matters, with emphasis on capital markets and transactional work.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in corporate/securities and a JD, with significant experience advising public companies and licensing in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility for licensure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate and securities experience.
• Experience at a large law firm, in-house legal department, or the SEC preferred.
• Substantial experience advising public companies.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical abilities.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible for licensing.
