Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Charlotte, NC seeks a mid to senior level transactional associate to join its Corporate & Securities Practice Group. The associate will work with a multi-office team representing public company clients across industries, gaining exposure to securities, corporate governance, capital markets and regulatory matters.

The role requires at least four years of corporate & securities experience, JD, and license eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of corporate & securities experience at a large regional or national law firm.
• Experience with Securities Act of 1933 equity and debt offerings.
• Familiarity with Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters, including proxy statements and periodic reporting.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible to become licensed.
