Qualifications

• Familiarity with Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters, including proxy statements and periodic reporting.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice; active or eligible to become licensed promptly.

• Strong analytical abilities and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible to become licensed promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
