Duties

• Represent large Nasdaq and NYSE-listed public company clients.
• Handle complex securities law, disclosure, governance, and transactional matters.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team across multiple offices.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of corporate & securities experience at a large regional or national law firm.
• Experience with Securities Act of 1933 equity and debt offerings.
• Familiarity with Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters, including proxy statements and periodic reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible to become licensed.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
