Job summary

LPT Realty is seeking a high-energy Recruiter/Business Development role to connect with real estate professionals, convert inbound inquiries, and guide agents through recruiting and onboarding. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and manage a growing pipeline, collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional agent experience.
