Job summary

Mission Staffing client in Norwalk, CT seeks a Corporate Actions Operations Associate to manage end-to-end corporate actions across multiple asset classes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires 3+ years in hedge funds or asset management, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with corporate actions processing and reconciliation. S&P Global CA and Geneva experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or middle office experience within a hedge fund, asset manager, or financial services organization.
• Hands-on experience processing corporate actions across multiple asset classes.
• Experience with S&P Global Corporate Actions platform and Geneva is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across multiple asset classes.
• Monitor upcoming corporate action events and ensure timely notification, processing, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate voluntary elections with Portfolio Managers, Prime Brokers, Custodians, and other external counterparties.
• Maintain corporate action records, transaction data, and supporting documentation to ensure data integrity.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for corporate actions, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve corporate action exceptions, breaks, and reconciliation discrepancies.
