Simon, a Colas USA subsidiary, offers an internship program that provides first-hand exposure to operations with 1:1 mentorship and networking for students pursuing business, engineering, or construction management. Interns will work in administrative and operational areas and contribute through focused project work under supervision.

Under direct supervision, the Accounting/Finance team will guide you in monthly closings, financial reporting, budgeting, and account reconciliations, with

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end and quarterly closings, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Assist with accounts receivable, payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Support Balance Sheet reconciliations and general accounting functions.
• Enter data into JD Edwards, Citrix/HeavyJob, ADRA, OnBase and Anaplan.
• Meet with mentor regularly to discuss progress and insights.
