Based in New York City or Denver, this role partners with senior leadership and founders to evaluate opportunities, negotiate deals, and drive post-acquisition growth.

The ideal candidate brings PE or corporate development experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of autonomous execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Corporate Development/Private Equity or a similar investing role.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with M&A transaction experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial, highly driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy.
  • Willingness to travel and work in-office in New York City or Denver.

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead M&A and capital allocation for a ~$300M business with a goal of exceeding $1B by 2031.
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close acquisition opportunities.
  • Build relationships with founders and business owners.
  • Partner with senior leadership to execute post-acquisition growth plans.
  • Take increasing ownership of the investment process with a clear path to VP
