Qualifications

• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for Abbott Vascular products.
• Educate customers on clinical usage of products through presentations and demonstrations across formats to keep customers informed of product developments.
• Perform clinical and library research and participate in case reviews with physicians and lab staff.
• Attend clinical procedures in labs and operating rooms to ensure customer and patient success with Abbott Vascular products.
• Travel to meet with existing and potential clients to identify clinical needs and discuss how products help achieve goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and areas for future sales.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with cross-functional teams.
