Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2–5 years of related work experience with demonstrated clinical competency.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for Abbott Vascular products.
• Educate customers on clinical usage of products via presentations and demonstrations across formats to keep customers current on product developments.
• Perform clinical/library research and participate in case reviews with physicians and lab staff.
• Attend clinical procedures in hospital labs and ORs to ensure customer and patient success with Abbott Vascular products.
• Travel to meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify clinical needs and discuss how products can help achieve goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify decision makers and facilitate future sales.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions with sales, clinical research, marketing, and technical support.
